DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS SERVICES

This full-time year-round paid position is responsible for the management and operation of all business related functions, including: financial management, camp stores, registrations, payroll, computer support, information technology management, web support, administrative staff, special projects, donor receipting, guest groups, and overseeing a team of up to 8 staff in the summer and up to 3-4 in the non-summer.

 

The Business Services Team for our summer season typically includes positions such as Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Administrative Assistant, Camp Store Manager, Ice Cream Island Host, Club Coco Host, Business Services Assistant-Guest Groups.

 

This team player is a ministry-oriented, spiritually mature Christian with excellent management, organizational, people skills and leadership abilities, and a deep love for children's and youth ministry. Requires a related degree and experience. The Director of Business Services is a key part of the Qwanoes Director team. Previous experience in Christian camp ministry is preferred.
